Shipping Policy

代金引換の場合、商品注文の確定後1週間以内のお引き渡しとなります。PayPal・クレジットカード払いの場合は商品注文の確定後1週間以内の発送となります。

送料

商品はヤマト運輸でお送り致します。
北海道・九州・沖縄は1,650円、11,000円以上のご注文で送料無料
その他の国内の地域は一律650円、11,000円以上のご注文で送料無料
海外への発送は日本郵便のEMSでお送り致します。
送料は地域と重量によって変わります。荷物の関税はお客様にご負担頂いてます。

代引きでのご注文後の流れ

ご注文完了後に当店のスタッフが代引き手数料を追加し、合計金額が変更されたメールをお客様へお送りします。
そちらのメールに決済画面へ遷移するリンクがありますが、決済の対応は頂かず、お届け時にお支払いくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

海外発送について

韓国には代理店のVACHEMONTがあるため、韓国からのご注文、韓国への発送は対応しておりません。ご了承ください。
We do not accept orders from Korea or ship to Korea, as we have an agent, VACHEMONT, in Korea. We appreciate your understanding.
