Return/Exchange Period

Returns are accepted only for unused items within one week of receipt of the product.
Please note that sale items and used items are not eligible for return.

Return/Exchange Shipping Fees

Please note that for returns due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and other incidental charges. (For refunds, the amount will be the product price minus shipping fees, various processing fees, and bank transfer fees incurred at the time of shipment.)

Once the returned item is received and confirmed, we will process your refund.
