Shipping Policy
For cash on delivery, products will be delivered within one week of order confirmation. For PayPal and credit card payments, products will be shipped within one week of order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Products will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa: ¥1,650; free shipping for orders over ¥11,000.
Other domestic regions: flat rate of ¥650; free shipping for orders over ¥11,000.
International shipments will be sent via Japan Post EMS.
Shipping costs vary by region and weight. Customers are responsible for customs duties on their packages.

After placing a COD order
After your order is completed, our staff will add the COD fee and send you an email with the updated total amount.
Although that email will contain a link to the payment screen, please do not proceed with payment there. Instead, we kindly request that you make the payment upon delivery.
