Response to a Fraudulent Order

- If there are deficiencies in the shipping address or unclear points in the name, etc., we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided. If we cannot reach you and verify your identity, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- Orders may be cancelled depending on past order history.
- If fraudulent orders are confirmed, or if monetary damage is incurred by our company or a third party due to such actions, all data, including personal information, will be reported to the relevant authorities, and a damage report will be filed with the police.
